Senior Quantity Surveyor (x2 Positions)

We're seeking two experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to take control of the commercial side of multiple medium-sized projects across Limpopo, Johannesburg, Mpumalanga, and North West.

About the Role

In this role, you'll oversee the commercial aspects of multiple medium-sized projects simultaneously, ensuring cost control, contract management, and financial accuracy across your portfolio. You'll be a key driver of project profitability and commercial success, working with project teams to deliver value without compromising quality or timelines.

Requirements

• B-Tech Quantity Surveying Degree or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in CCS
• Proven experience managing commercial aspects of medium to large-scale projects
• Strong track record in cost control and contract administration
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• At least 15 years experience with a minimum of 3 of these years in a Senior QS role
